For many years food has been one of the main cause of human dead. Disease such as heart attack, cholesterol, and many other, got inside your body because you’ve been eating unhealthy food. Some fast food and junk food need to be avoided, especially if you like to control your weight.
But the fact itself, the dangerous and yummy food are more delicious rather than the healthy one. Also another fact which are not easy to get healthy food out there.
